ETM's fiberglass reinforced polyester processing incorporates computer controlled waterjet robotic cutting for close tolerance cuts.

Complex shapes from 2 to 100 square feet can be produced using the cold molded process for a wide variety of product applications.

The ETM cold molding process has proven itself as a cost-effective solution for new product development and as an alternative to SMC or injection molding applications, especially where product improvements may call for future revisions.

Cold molding's large size capability lends itself to items such as truck components, special automotive, RV, dashboard panels, quarter panels, fan shrouds and other large shape applications.

ETM's state of the art prime paint facilities features 2 variable speed floor conveyor and large, downdraft painting and convection curing booths that handle a wide variety of products.

With ETM's prime painting facility, complete assemblies or individual parts can be processed ready to receive final paint application at the customers designated delivery point.
